We have had the privilege, for more than six years, of working alongside Grupo INSUR — a leading Andalusian developer and builder with 80 years of history and listed on the stock exchange — on all their residential projects on the Costa del Sol. As leaders in real estate marketing in the Costa del Sol, we manage their developments in an end-to-end way: we define the marketing strategy, create the naming and branding, and develop the website for each scheme, while also running digital lead-generation campaigns aimed at attracting qualified buyers from the launch of each development through to the sale of the very last unit. In parallel, we have designed and built a unique agents’ area for them, where their sales network can quickly access all up-to-date project materials — renders, floorplans, prices and brochures — as well as advanced tools that allow them to generate emails, window cards and WhatsApp messages for an entire development or an individual property with a single click, greatly simplifying the work of their internal and external sales teams.

Grupo INSUR once again placed their trust in us to launch a development with features never before explored in their more than 80-year history. From global strategy to naming, branding, website and lead generation, we developed a unique proposal for their first residential scheme within a golf course, at Estepona Golf, a leading reference in the area. A project tailored to a highly specific audience with very precise needs, and one in which we are proud to have supported INSUR in expanding their portfolio of developments on the Costa del Sol.

The fourth Grupo INSUR project created in collaboration with Imagen in Altos de los Monteros. Soleil is a concept closely connected to the Mediterranean, its colours and its warmth. From a strong, memorable and distinctive name to a visual identity that captures the Mediterranean character of the project, we developed the full branding, website, corporate materials and promotional video. We are currently working on generating qualified leads to drive sales from the very launch stage, even before construction begins.

Las Terrazas de Macenas is a project that embraces the Mediterranean coastline, its views, its light and its serenity. Together with Grupo INSUR, we created a concept that highlights its elevated position, panoramic terraces and seamless connection with the sea and surrounding nature. From the naming and visual identity to the full brand universe, website, sales materials and audiovisual content, we crafted a cohesive narrative around a contemporary Mediterranean lifestyle. We are currently focused on generating qualified leads and building demand from the earliest stages of commercialisation, ensuring a strong market position well before the project’s completion.

Year after year, we have the privilege of supporting Grupo INSUR with their showcase at the Mediterranean Real Estate Exhibition (SIMED), the most important property event in Andalusia and one of the leading fairs in Spain. For the 2024 edition, we were responsible for the design and audiovisual production of their stand, creating a promotional video that presented all their active projects along the Andalusian coast. This video, played on a loop across their spectacular 10-metre-wide screens surrounding the stand, became a true visual magnet for visitors. In addition, we designed a bespoke banner and produced exclusive flyers to reinforce their presence at the fair and ensure a cohesive brand experience.

Once again, we partnered with Grupo INSUR on their new project in Mijas Costa, SAVIA. We worked from scratch as their real estate marketing agency: we developed the overall marketing strategy and, from there, created the naming, branding and full visual universe of the development, before designing an intuitive and elegant website that reflects the essence of the project. On this site, conceived as the project’s perfect digital showcase, users can explore in detail its exclusive collection of townhouses, learn about their features, view the renders and the presentation video we also produced at the agency, and get in touch directly for more information. In addition, since its launch, we have been managing their digital lead-generation campaigns, focused on delivering high-quality, qualified leads for their sales team.

After developing the branding strategy and marketing campaign for Grupo INSUR’s Balance development in 2023, in 2025 we supported the developer with the launch of Balance Nova, their second major new-build scheme in Mijas Costa. As a real estate marketing agency on the Costa del Sol, we built on the strategy and results achieved with Balance and its ongoing lead generation campaigns, leveraging all those learnings to optimise the positioning of this new project. From there, we refined the naming and branding and designed a new website that is clearer, more aspirational and conversion-focused, fully prepared to continue driving enquiries from clients interested in apartments for sale in Mijas Costa.

Inspired by everyday wellbeing, generous communal areas and homes designed for comfort and health, Balance Mijas — Grupo INSUR’s first project in Mijas Costa — is a development where we worked from concept through to launch as their real estate marketing agency. We created the naming, developed branding that conveys balance and quality of life, and designed a functional, optimised website to attract buyers, together with a private agents’ area to facilitate commercial management. We completed the project with an immersive video and corporate materials aligned with the visual identity of the scheme, building a coherent and aspirational universe around this exclusive residential development in Mijas Costa; in addition, since its launch, we have been managing its digital lead generation campaigns, focused on delivering high-quality, qualified enquiries for the sales team.

For Quintessence, Grupo INSUR’s contemporary apartment development in Altos de los Monteros (Marbella), we worked as their real estate marketing agency on a fully integrated 360º project: we defined the sales strategy, carried out market and competitor research, created the brand identity and all commercial materials, developed a private agents’ area to centralise floorplans, prices and documentation, and launched digital marketing campaigns (SEO, Google Ads and social media) to attract international buyers.
